Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Clash VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, access, and use of the mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law. All intellectual property rights related to the App, service marks, and associated materials remain the property of the Service Provider. We may change, suspend, price, or discontinue features from time to time, and any material fee adjustments will be communicated through appropriate channels. You are responsible for maintaining device security and protecting your account credentials. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce security, break compatibility, or expose you to malware and other risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including analytics, crash reporting, payment, hosting, or distribution tools. Your use of those components may also be subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Service availability depends on compatible devices, app versions, and a functioning internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or mobile data. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by unpaid carrier bills, exhausted data allowances, poor signal conditions, unsupported devices, or external network failures. When you use the App on mobile data or while roaming, your carrier may charge additional fees, and you are solely responsible for those charges. Before using the App, please make sure you have permission from the bill payer if that applies.

You remain responsible for how you use the Service. We do not accept liability for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including device power loss, unsupported environments, third-party service failures, or inaccurate information supplied by external partners. To maintain compatibility and security, we may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install updated versions when required for continued use. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time where necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons. If the Service is terminated, the license granted to you under this agreement will end and you must stop using and remove the App.

These terms may be revised periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page, and changes become effective upon publication unless a different date is stated.
